Personality: Branchwalker is quite a shy elf, but he does enjoy talking to other people and if he's had enough dreamberries he can even be convinced to dance, but will be very embarrassed the night after. But the troll attack and loss of many dear ones has made him a quite paranoid elf. He's very nervous, sees trolls behind every tree and often seeks the company of others to feel secure.
Likes: Dawngazer, Sparkstone, braiding his and others' hair, doing things with his hands, climbing trees, peace and quiet.
Dislikes: Violence, disagreements, fights, unnecessary killing.
Fears: Trolls, that he'll never see Sparkstone again.

Appearance: Branchwalker is slim, almost fragile built and has somewhat dark skin. He's about 3'7" tall.
Marks/Scars: No significant or eye-catching ones.
Hair: Long, midnight black, down to his waist. It's often braided in hundreds of tiny braids.
Eyes: Dark grey.
Clothes: Ankle high, soft leather shoes that still have a thin layer of white fur left. Black trouser made of soft leather; they're just wide enough around the ankles to not get in the way while moving through the forest. A dark green shirt (also made of soft leather) with long arms that are decorated with sewn symbols and shapes. A plain, dark green jacket with grey fur around the collar that he uses when it's a bit cold outside.
Jewelry: A necklace of small, glittery, white stones that Sparkstone made for him. He also often wears bracelets that he's braided from leather, plants or anything else suitable he can get his hands on.

History: Silence, the child of Ebony and Knife, took the name Branchwalker because of his skills at tree climbing. Already as a cub he could mostly be found in the top of one of the forest's highest trees, often with his father or mother right under him, trying to make him come down. When he grew a bit older he became close friends with Dawngazer.
At the age of 51 Branchwalker got knocked out of a tree during a storm. The first one to find him was Dawngazer and to keep his spirit from leaving his body before the healer could arrive she tried to take his mind off the pain. In the end Dawngazer was so sure her friend would die that she told him her soulname. Luckily the tribe's healer arrive just moments after that and Branchwalker was saved. As Branchwalker thought it was unfair that he should know Dawngazer's soulname without her getting anything in return he told her his name and they became soul siblings.
A few years later Sparkstone, one of the tribe's rock-shapers, asked Branchwalker to be his lovemate and Branchwalker was overjoyed. Since then life moved on peacefully, until the night of the troll attack. Both of Branchwalker's parents were killed trying to defend the Holt and Sparkstone, being a magic user, was captured. Branchwalker was knocked unconscious, but was defended by his father's wolf-friend. When the wolf finally met her end her body fell on top of Branchwalker and since there were more elves and wolves to fight the trolls forgot about him. Later Branchwalker was found by Dawngazer and taken to safety.
